How do I use the product? You can install it with adhesive or screws. Make sure the hook is the right side up, you can check the included card for reference. If you're using adhesive, wipe off any dust on the wall for a clean surface. Stick the hook on the wall and press firmly for 30 seconds. For the best results, let the hook sit on the wall for 24 hours before use.

Which surfaces are suitable for the adhesive? We use a strong adhesive to ensure that your hooks stay mounted over time. Please use it on surfaces that do not tear and avoid using it on old paint, wallpaper, and rough surfaces. Suitable surfaces include finished wood, tile, plastic, metal, glass, and marble. Be cautious when using it on drywall and painted walls.

How do I remove the hook? To remove the hook, it's important to peel it off very slowly. It should take at least 1 minute to peel off the hook. We recommend using a hairdryer to heat the hook/adhesive first. Then, use a sharp object to poke the adhesive while peeling it slowly from the top. It may take a few cycles of heating and peeling to fully remove the hook safely. Please note that the adhesive is not designed to be reused and will lose its strength on subsequent use.

Does it work well with fitted hats? Yes, it works with fitted hats. Please use the button to hang the hat facing forward since there is no strap to hang on the hook.
